Gentle Yoga Flow with Vicky

Objectives: At any ages, Yoga relaxes the mind the body. Great for everyone with a good yoga start! 

 

A full body warm up to prepare the body for the postures and to bring energy into the whole body. 

 

A variety of poses with modifications for beginners / advanced will be given.

Session 1: 11:15 - 12:15 (90% FULL)

Session 2 : 13:45 - 14:45 (Half FULL)

Session 3: 15:00 - 16:00 (90% FULL)

Workshop Duration: 1 hour

Workshop Fee: CAD 30 (comes with two coffee tokens CAD 7.5)




Workshop Content:

  • Gentle yoga for all levels

  • gentle yoga sequence that anyone can do

  • 60 minutes full body stretching 


Things you will need to bring: 

  • Your own yoga mat 

  • 2 yoga blocks
